Case Study: United Way

United Way retained Navatar Group to design and execute their CRM strategy. Navatar Group redesigned the processes to create a high value customer experience and implemented salesforce.com to support the strategy.

Challenge

Project Relate is United Way's initiative to develop a common Donor Management system across 1400 United Ways countrywide. The project consists of creating common processes, practices as well as implementing salesforce across United Ways. Project Relate will help create a positive, consistent experience for donor investors, help generate more resources and reduce overall costs of managing customers.
