Challenge
Project Relate is United Way's initiative to develop a common Donor Management system across 1400 United Ways countrywide. The project consists of creating common processes, practices as well as implementing salesforce across United Ways. Project Relate will help create a positive, consistent experience for donor investors, help generate more resources and reduce overall costs of managing customers.
