Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions (RGTS), part of the Rockefeller Group, provides data, voice, and technology management solutions to its clients. RGTS needed to restructure its sales teams within various geographies and products and introduce common CRM processes in order to improve communications, accelerate sales and improve customer relationships.
