You must have relevant product management experience in financial services, particularly in alternative assets and/or investment banking.

Responsibilities
  • Drive vision and delivery of innovative product enhancements and add-ons to keep the business relevant and competitive
  • Conduct market research to identify user need for new products
  • Assess market competition by comparing to competitors’ products.
  • Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.
  • Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
  • Define proposed product requirements; prepare return-on-investment analysis; establish time schedules with tech team.
  • Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data.
  • Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders
  • Define product marketing communication objectives.
  • Develop marketing materials defining product and feature positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop product launch activities including one pagers, webinars, email campaigns, sales training, etc.
  • Create data sheets, white papers, website copy, videos, and other collateral used in marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Work with sales team to develop product sales strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of product management experience with a fintech company, preferably in a start-up environment

Navatar is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our New York team. This role will be part of our Customer Success team focused on delivering exceptional service to customers of Navatar products for financial services firms. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to develop a deep understanding of business software applications and thrives on problem solving for customers. The ‘Customer Support Representative’ serves as the initial point of contact for post-implementation case requests. This position will handle incoming customer case and phone requests in compliance with the team’s Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

The scope of support questions from customers includes:

  • Requesting changes to their Navatar instance such as customizations and report/dashboard creation
  • ‘How-to’ questions
  • Data Upload requests
  • Bugs/Enhancement requests
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple customer requests related to issues and software customization
  • Case queue management which includes phone and email
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues
  • Prioritize cases based on escalations, resolution time, and severity
  • Communication with clients as well as internal Success and Sales team members
  • Work with the training team to develop training content
  • Conduct customer analysis
  • Manage relationships with our Customer Success Managers, Product Experts and Sales staff
